Holding a Real Estate - a discussion regarding the different types of ownership in Florida. This class will discuss the main differences between LLC’s, land trusts, corporations, limited partnerships and other methods of ownerships. The class will compare the pros and cons of each type of ownership, provide practical tips and briefly explain the process in establishing these vehicles.

    Abdelrahman Zeini has ten years of experience drafting commercial real estate contracts, overseeing development, negotiating commercial real estate and analyzing real estate matters. He received his Juris Doctor from Florida A & M College of Law in 2007, graduating number three in his class, being a member of the law review and achieving High Honors (magna cum laude). For the past 11 years, Abdelrahman has been an attorney at the Orlando based firm, the Zeini Law Firm PA. He recently was promoted to Managing Partner in January of 2016. In this role, he has drafted commercial real estate contracts, leases, litigated commercial real estate matters, and represented small businesses, banks and corporations in real estate purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and mergers and acquisitions.
