How do I view my CLE I just ordered?

After you place your order, your program is automatically added to your Learning Management Account Here. Your username will be the email address you used to place your order. Your password will be the password you used to place your order. If for some reason your password does not work, you can always reset it. Please email us here if you are having troubles logging into your account and we can reset your password for you.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Most accounts are automatically created within 20-30 minutes after your order has been successfully charged. In many cases, you will receive the welcome email almost immediately. If you do not see this email, please check your junk folder before calling or emailing us.

How do I create an account?

If this is your first order with us, you will create your account on the checkout page of your order. You will need to supply a password which will be used to login to your online learning account. All orders are kept track within your personal learning management account. Any On-Demand purchase you make from us will also be available to you within your account.

Do you require my address for shipping?

Nothing is shipped to you, therefore we do not need your shipping address. The only address we require is your billing address which is used to verify your payment method. All CLE courses are completed online and any course material will be available as a downloadable PDF or Doc file.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

We do not keep credit card information on file. Once you place your order, your credit card numbers are hidden and encrypted. This only allows us to cancel or refund an order. No one will have access to your card details and no one can charge you again for additional orders. If you join our Annual Pass program, your credit card is stored and will only be billed on an annual basis. You can cancel at any time and request the recurring billing to be deleted from our system.

Do you charge sales tax?

No we do not charge sales tax for CLE programs.

Are your programs approved for my state for credit?

If you register for a program that is not currently approved for your state, we will make application immediately. If for some reason the program you purchased gets denied we can offer you a replacement program or refund you.

What is your reciprocity provision?

ProLawCLE grants credit through the reciprocal provision in the following states:

AK, AR, AZ, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, HI, IA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MT, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, SD, PR.

Do you offer credit to VA attorneys?

At this time we cannot offer credit to attorneys seeking credit with Virginia. We do however offer a 50% discount for VA attorneys who would like to take our CLE programs for educational purposes only.

How do I receive my CLE certificate?

Our system was created to monitor your activity levels when taking any of our CLE programs. As long as you attend the entire program and fulfil the requirements to earn the certificate, you will be sent an email to request your certificate. Once you have requested your certificate you can download it and save it. This certificate will also be kept on record within your account. You can login at any time to download any of your certificate.
