Reciprocity Provision

ProLawCLE guarantees that all registering attorneys will receive CLE credit for attending any program offered and advertised as accredited or they will receive a course credit. Some states recognize and accept accreditation from another Mandatory CLE jurisdiction state on a 1:1 basis, known as the reciprocal provision. ProLawCLE grants credit through the reciprocal provision in the following states:

AK, AR, CO, FL, IA, ME, MT, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NY, and PR.

SC Attorneys please note: Registration must occur no later than 5 business days from event date or course accreditation is not guaranteed.

ProLawCLE does not seek approval in the state of Virginia.

Each state has its own rules and procedures on how attending attorneys receive credit for completed courses through reciprocity. Please contact your state's MCLE regulatory entity for further details about your state's rules. ProLawCLE will assist with this in any way possible. Please visit our State Requirements page for information regarding your state's CLE requirements and/or contact information for your state bar.
